Overall, the stats of Scotti Chariots are polarising, with decent to good attack statistic but crushingly poor defensive statistics which prevents them being great units. When compared to light missile cavalry such as Equites Sagitarii, again their missile attack is very favourable, coming up to more elite missile cavalry such as Clibinarii and Clibinarii Immortals used by the Sassanids but again their defence is just so poor. When compared to light cavalry, such as the Foederati Cavalry employed by various factions including the Western Roman Empire, or Sarmatian Virgin Cavalry as used by the Sarmatians, Chariots have comparable melee attack but completely fall flat in defence. A strange relic of the past, Chariots are hard to compare to other cavalry units as they're an oddity that have no real comparison.
